The International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) is proud to announce that we are now accepting applications from qualified IASLC members in Latin America to serve on the Latin America Regional Group.  This group will help inform the IASLC's strategic membership growth and implementation framework in Latin America, as well as identify ways to support those involved with thoracic malignancies in Latin America.

 

If you are an active member of the IASLC interested in serving, or would like to nominate a colleague, please complete the nomination form below. If nominating a colleague, the IASLC will contact the nominee for more information.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work collaboratively with other members and the group leadership to help identify barriers and opportunities for IASLC engagement with the Latin American thoracic malignancies community

  • Engage in efforts enhance Latin American regional membership growth and member engagement

  • Regularly attend and actively participate in virtual and inperson meetings

  • Participate in and contribute to activities and email communication

  • Complete tasks assigned by the Chair

  • Maintain an active membership with the IASLC

  • Understand and comply with IASLC's conflict of interest policy, including disclosure of significant financial interests in, or other relationships with, entities having a commercial interest in the subject matter in question
